  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include any accessories, tags, or documentation that came with it.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you.

Return Process

If you wish to return an item for a refund, please follow these steps:
